Our Catering Mission:

Our goal is to make your event successful by providing fresh, quality and flavorful dishes to your event’s participants. We also understand that it is often difficult to please everyone’s taste at an event and we are more than happy to work with you to accommodate the diverse preferences of your participants such as including more traditional sandwiches and salads as an alternative to our specialties. We look forward to working with you to make your event a success. Most of our dishes can be made gluten-free and vegan options available.

Salads

Avocado Salad $85
Crisp organic spring mix, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, cilantro and tangy lemongrass dressing.

 

Glass Noodle Salad $100
Perfect to keep people energized with a flavorful kick of spice and tangy dressing. Mung bean noodle tossed with chicken, shrimp, onion, zucchini string, wood ear mushrooms, tomatoes, celery, and cilantro. Served on lettuce and accompanied with lime dressing.

 

Roasted Seasonal Vegetable $90
This salad has it all. Charred BBQ taste of seasonal vegetables such as brussel sprouts, corn, bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms and whatever else we see fresh that morning! Accompanied with cilantro dressing.

Chicken Quinoa $90
Most requested special salad! Minced chicken, carrots, ginger, peanuts, cilantro, chili, red onion and organic quinoa tossed with lime dressing.

 

Laab (Spicy Ground Meat Salad)
Minced meat sautéed with loads of lemongrass then tossed with mint, cilantro, onions, ground herbs, chili, and lime dressing. Served on a bed of lettuce. Choice of chicken or pork $85 ; steak $95

 

Crispy Rice Salad (Nam Khao Tod) $100
Deep fried rice ball crunched with Thai ham, then tossed with mint,
cilantro, onions, chili, peanuts, ginger and lime dressing. Served on a bed of lettuce.

Hot Entrees

Choice of chicken, pork or tofu $85; beef $95; shrimp $ 115

Yellow Chicken Curry
The classic curry with a sweet finish. Choice of protein simmered with turmeric curry paste, coconut milk, sweet potatoes, onion and carrots.

 

Red Curry
Spicier curry to keepthe energy level up at your event. Choice of protein simmered with red chili paste, coconut milk, kaffir leaves, eggplant, bamboo shoots, Japanese pumpkin, jalapeno and basil.

 

Green Curry
Milder curry, but with just as much flavor as the other curries. Choice of protein simmered with green chili paste, coconut milk, bamboo shoots, eggplant, jalapeno and basil.

 

Panang Curry
This is a popular alternative curry with a thicker consistency and full of flavor. Choice of protein simmered with red chili paste, coconut milk, green peas, jalapeno, bell peppers and basil.

 

Thai Stew
Tender meat simmered with tomatoes, chili paste and lemongrass.

 

Eggplant Basil
Herbaceous aroma of the basil complements the tender eggplant. Choice of protein sautéed with Chinese eggplant, bell peppers, jalapeno, and basil.

 

Spicy Green Beans
The perfect combination. Choice of meat sautéed with green beans and chili paste.

 

Seasonal Vegetable
To satisfy the health conscious. Choice of protein sautéed with seasonal vegetables.

 

Broccolini (seasonal)
Choice of protein sauteed with broccolini, garlic, and oyster sauce.

 

BBQ Chicken $100
Classic Thai street food. Chicken marinated in spices and brushed with coconut milk. Served with tangy spicy sauce.

Pad Thai Noodle $100
Rice noodle sauteed with eggs, chopped tofu, chicken, shrimp, bean sprouts, cabbage, seasonal vegetable and green onion. Served with lime wedges and roasted peanuts. Note that this dish comes with chicken, tofu and shrimp.

 

Glass Noodle (Pad Woon Sen)
Choice of protein sautéed with glass noodle, vegetables, tomatoes, wood ear mushrooms and egg.

 

Drunken Noodle
Garlic sauteed with chiles, Thai basil, tomatoes, seasonal vegetables and choice of protein. The translation of this dish is, “ stir fry the drunk.” But technically, you supposed to make this dish extra spicy and flavorful to wake up someone who has a hangover  ☺  Don’t worry, we will make it mild.

 

Wholegrain Fried Rice $85
Our blend of brown, red, and rice berry sautéed with eggs, seasonal vegetables and choice of protein.

 

Banh Mi Wrap $90
Our most requested catering item. Thai spiced meats wrapped with roti, crisp pickled daikon and carrots, cucumbers, jalapeno and cilantro served on a fresh baked French baguette, spread with
chili aioli.

Noodle Soup Station

Pho
Vietnamese dish consisting of broth, rice noodles, bean sprouts, and few herbs.

 

Khao Soi
Coconut curry soup consisting of egg noodle, bean sprouts, fermented cabbage, and few herbs.
